Dine in Policy

If you are dining in with young children, you are kindly asked to keep the noise level at a reasonable level and not to allow them to run around. The staff are often walking around with hot food, which poses a safety risk. It is also inconsiderate of the other diners. We reserve the right to refuse service in certain situations in order to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

• The dinners are requested to make a decision regarding their complete food order as we cannot accept repeated food orders. There is no limit to the number of drinks, desserts, and coffee orders you can place.
• We only have the capacity to accommodate 12 people per table, so a group booking containing more than 12 people will be divided into multiple tables.
• Pre-orders may be placed by emailing info@nepalesechef.co.uk.
• Reservations for groups are billed per table and guests are required to pay the total amount, although multiple payments may be made.
• On our menu, all 14 main allergies are clearly identified. However, due to the fact that we have only one preparation area, you may find traces of allergies in the food.
• To avoid disappointment, it is recommended that you book in advance.
• Whenever possible, we strive to keep all waiting times to a minimum.

Policy regarding delivery and collection

• If you place an order for ASAP delivery, the food will be delivered as soon as it is ready. It may take between 40 and 90 minutes to complete this process.
• Any orders made for ASAP collection will be ready in 20 - 40 minutes.
• The exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed, even if the order is placed for a specific time. You can expect your order to be delivered anywhere between 30 minutes before and 40 minutes after the requested time.

Note: Please expect a 90 - 120 minute wait for delivery service during peak hours on Fridays and Saturdays, match days, festive seasons and special days.

Car Parking Notice !!!

If you have parked your vehicle in our customer parking, make sure you enter the correct vehicle registration in the machine inside the restaurant, as failure to do so may result in a parking charge notice.
